We take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every pair of Hellberg shoes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

 

Return Eligibility

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned products must:

• be unused and in their original condition;
• include all original packaging and accessories;
• show no signs of wear or damage caused after delivery.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

 

Custom & Personalized Products

As many Hellberg products are handcrafted or made specifically for the customer, custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect due to our error.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@hellberg-shoes.com.

Where appropriate, we will offer:

• a replacement;
• a repair;
• or a full refund.

Photos of the product may be requested to help us assess the issue.

 

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

 

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Hellberg OÜ cannot be responsible for returns that are lost during transit.

 

Exchanges

We replace products only if they are defective, damaged upon delivery, or if an incorrect item has been shipped.

If you believe your product qualifies for an exchange, please contact us before returning the item.
