By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Hellberg specializes in handcrafted footwear. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, stitching, or finish may occur. These characteristics are part of the uniqueness of each pair and do not constitute defects.

3. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Hellberg OÜ reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are shown in the applicable currency and include VAT where required by law.

Payment must be completed before an order enters production or is dispatched.

5. Production & Shipping

Most handcrafted products are produced within 5–10 business days.

Products marked In Stock are typically dispatched on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on destination and shipping carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Refunds Policy.

Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect due to our error.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including photographs, product designs, logos, graphics, text and other materials, is the property of Hellberg OÜ unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
